In the spotlight of this month’s blog are End Caps.
Designed to work in conjunction with Retran® and Jetran® tubes, our End Caps offer a highly effective method for sealing off the top and bottom of the tubes.
Available in a vast range of colours, shapes and sizes, the End Caps all contain recycled waste.
Our biodegradable end caps will become part of the soil’s organic components within a period of 1 – 5 years, which compares favourably to a traditional plastic carrier bag which will take between 8 – 20 years to degrade.
Bell Packaging’s latest development to our End Cap range is Jetlok®, a staple-free end cap system that can be secured to Retran® and Jetran® tubes without the need for any staples, rivets or self-adhesive labels.
The locking mechanism on the Jetlok® cap gives total security until the pack is opened, and after use the cap can be refitted, resealed and the finished pack reused. As an added feature, a range of hangers can be fitted to the top caps to help with instore display.
Always working on new designs, we have recently added a flip top cap to our standard range that is produced in a BRC accredited factory and is suitable for packaging food products.
