As featured on the front of FMCG News: Designed and developed to work in conjunction with Jetran® tubing, Bell Packaging offer a range of standard end caps. This unique design allows tubes to be locked securely.
Available in round, square, rectangular and oval shapes, the tubes vary in size from a minimum 48mm x 48mm up to a maximum 85mm x 85mm.
With minimum order quantities of 2,500 packs, the Jetran® tubes and end caps provide an economic solution, with no tooling or origination costs.
The end caps can be coloured and hangers added if required, see more information on the end caps.
In bulk production the tubing is supplied packed flat, making shipping and storage very economic. Assembly is simple, by pressing the Jetran® tubes into the required shape and inserting the end caps, the locking lugs locate into recesses in the Jetran® tube.

Bell Packaging has manufactured upmarket and robust packs for Swish’s range of crystal glass tieback hooks, as featured in Packaging News.
The company called on Bell's Indian division to handle the project.
The product range, called the Classical Collection, incorporates a printed PP box with clear PET covering. The PP bases were litho printed in three colours and PET film was selected for the outer cover for "maximum visibility".
Sunflex UK, owners of the Swish brand, managing director Phil Scott said: "The traditional presentation of curtain holdbacks uses skin or blister packs but for this range we wanted something more upmarket."
Bell's partner Globe Print N Pack specialises in the design and manufacture of the printed PP packaging.
As a result of our recent investment in both new plant and technology, Bell Packaging is pleased to be able to offer further reduced lead-times to give an almost immediate packaging solution. Jetran® Packaging is available in a large range of shapes and sizes, all available with injection molded end caps to meet your requirements.
Jetran® can be supplied on a reel to enable you to cut to length, or supplied pre-cut.
