Display Your Products in Plastic Tubes

Bell Packaging have Europes largest manufacturing capacity for transparent retail packaging tubes and in addition to supporting their UK customers also export regular shipments to Scandinavia, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium.

As an important part of the marketing process, well designed packaging can set your product apart from others and helps to grab the customer’s attention and get your brand recognised.

One of the major reasons why their plastic packaging is so popular is because of Bell Packaging’s commitment to quality and customer service.

Their plastic tubes are made using the Jetran® processing method which is patented by Bell Packaging and used to create clear plastic tubes that can be supplied in circular, square, oval, hexagonal and triangle shapes, and also cut to any length, our packaging design team can work with your requirements.

Most clients chose to use transparent packaging so that the product inside it can be seen clearly by the customer, however these tubes can also be branded by printing a design or logo directly onto the plastic.

When the plastic tubes are dispatched they are flat-packed for ease of delivery and storage and as they are pre-glued and creased they can be assembled when they reach their destination.

The strength of the finished pack is important to protect the product inside and the plastic tubes can be produced in materials from 200 microns to 500 microns thickness, depending on the customers’ needs.

Bell Packaging also manufacture End Caps to seal the plastic tubes. They can supply standard push fit end-caps or the patented Jetlok® cap which automatically locks to the side of the tube and means the package can be opened and re-sealed.

Consumers today want packaging to be made from sustainable materials that can be recycled. Bell Packaging use PET® (polyethylene terephthalate) in their manufacturing which provides strength and quality without heavy metals or CFC’s which damage the ozone layer….. It’s a material that’s fully recyclable and is a very popular choice with Bell Packaging customers.

In September Bell Packaging will be part of the Packaging Innovation Event, which takes place at London’s Olympia on the 13th and 14th of September.
